KRATOM PRODUCT DISCLAIMERS

The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) of the United States classifies Kratom as a “Drug and Chemical of Concern.” In relation to Kratom, it is essential to acknowledge that the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has not granted approval for its use as a dietary supplement or for any medical purposes. WHOLESALE ACCOUNTS

All new customers must register as a buyer on the 1111 Distributors LLC’s website. Once the Registration Form is completed and approved by our team, an account can be created.

Wholesale accounts are for retail outlets and must have a physical retail location to be approved. 1111 Distributors LLC’s Registration Form requires new customers to disclose their Federal EIN and provides an option to disclose their Tobacco License number and/or State Tax ID number. 1111 Distributors LLC will confirm all information prior to approving any new customer accounts.

Once an account has been created, buyers can access current product offerings and wholesale pricing.

DESIGNATED TERRITORY AGREEMENTS

The retailer or distributor purchasing products from 1111 Distributors LLC agrees to only sell products within territories agreed upon pursuant to their customer contract with 1111 Distributors LLC.

1111 Distributors LLC will endeavor to make the Site thorough, accurate, and helpful to our customers. Nonetheless, there may be times when certain information contained on the Site may be incorrect, incomplete, inaccurate, or appear inaccurate because of the browser, hardware, or other technology that You use. 1111 Distributors LLC reserves the right to correct errors (whether by changing the information on the Site or by informing you of the error and giving you an opportunity to cancel your order) or to update product information at any time without notice.

AVAILABILITY

1111 Distributors LLC reserves the right to change the availability of products at any time. Quantities of some products may be limited and stock cannot always be guaranteed. Products offered for sale on the Site are available for shipment only to the United States and all prices are quoted in U.S. dollars.

PRICING

Prices for 1111 Distributors LLC’s products are subject to change without notice. Sale prices may expire and cannot be combined with any other discounts, coupons, or offers 1111 Distributors LLC is not responsible for typographical errors appearing in our catalog, on our website, or in any other publications.

MSRP PRICING

1111 Distributors LLC customers who have established specific contractual agreements must adhere to the Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) as outlined in any contractual agreement unless otherwise stated or approved.

PAYMENT METHODS

All prices and payments are in US Dollars (USD). For all products, accepted payment methods include:

• Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express)
• Check, or;
• ACH or bank wire

*Any additional fees associated with using the Credit Card form of payment will be passed over to the customer.

LATE FEES

1111 Distributors LLC reserves the right to charge late fees if payment is not received in full by the invoice due date. If a customer does not pay an invoice on or before its due date, 1111 Distributors LLC will charge 1.5% interest on a per-month basis until the invoice is paid in full.

SHIPPING POLICY

1111 Distributors LLC’s goal is to provide efficient and cost-effective shipping and packaging for all orders. Our shipping policy is as follows:

• PARCEL SHIPMENTS: $30.00 flat fee for small parcel orders. $50.00 flat fee for large parcel orders. Fees exclude customer-requested expedited shipments (see below).
• PALLET SHIPMENTS: $300.00 flat fee per pallet. 1111 Distributors LLC has negotiated rates with regional Trucking/LTL carriers. 1111 Distributors LLC strives to continually drive negotiated rates down and pass any savings directly to our customers. Customers may also arrange to have pallet shipments picked up at 1111 Distributors LLC’s warehouse.
• EXPEDITED SHIPMENTS: 100% of actual cost with NO additional handling/packaging fees.
• SHIPPING VAPING-RELATED PRODUCTS: As of October 21, 2021, the United States Postal Service (USPS) implemented a new rule that ended the delivery of vape products via the U.S. Mail. However, USPS provides an exception to this rule, known as the Business/Regulatory Purposes Exception. As of July 26, 2023, 1111 Distributors LLC was granted access to use the Business/Regulatory Purposes Exception (USPS Eligibility No. 126674). Customers wishing to purchase Disposable Vapes or E-juice products must first complete 1111 Distributors’s PACT Act Compliance Form. Customers who have completed the form and who have been approved through USPS will be charged for shipping via USPS using the rates indicated above. This section does not apply to palletized disposable vape or e-juice orders. Fully palletized disposable vape or e-juice orders can be shipped without USPS approval because a different shipping vendor is used.

PACT ACT COMPLIANCE FORM

To ensure 1111 Distributors complies with all state and federal laws related to the sale of disposable vapes and e-juice, we require each customer wishing to purchase Disposable Vapes or E-juice products to complete our PACT Act Compliance Form. A form submission is required for every physical location where disposable vapes or e-juice will be shipped to.

REQUIRED ADULT SIGNATURE SERVICE

In accordance with Federal jurisdiction and laws, all Disposable Vapes or E-juice mail orders will require the use of Adult Signature Confirmation (21+) upon delivery. To receive this package, the recipient is required to show a proper form of government photo identification to the delivery employee for age confirmation. If the package is returned because no one is available to sign for the package we will process a refund minus a 10% restocking fee and shipping cost.

DROP-SHIPPED ORDERS

Any order that requires 1111 Distributors LLC to initiate a drop-shipment with a vendor CANNOT be canceled at any time after it has already been approved by You, the customer via the vendor portal. Before approving a drop-ship order, please ensure accuracy with the respective sales representative.

RETURN POLICY

1111 Distributors LLC prioritizes your satisfaction with our products. Our sales team will work closely with you to sell you the appropriate amount of each item, to maximize sales and profit potential for your business. However, all sales of all products from 1111 Distributors are final.

Items damaged during shipment should be dealt with through the shipper’s process. Please see the DAMAGES AND SHORTAGES section below.

REFUSED ORDERS

Refused or unclaimed orders may result in a 10% restocking fee plus all freight charges. If the customer would like the order reshipped, all additional freight charges will be added. If the fault of 1111 Distributors LLC, refused orders will be fully credited or reshipped at our expense.

LOST AND/OR LATE ORDERS

Orders will be considered lost after 12 days from the estimated delivery date for shipments inside the contiguous US and 24 days for shipments outside the contiguous US. If a replacement order has been arranged and the customer receives the original shipment, please leave the package sealed and contact 1111 Distributors LLC immediately.

Once a replacement order ships, 1111 Distributors LLC assumes all rights to the original shipment and will issue a call tag for the return if applicable. Tampering with the original shipment could invalidate eligibility for missing and broken items and generate a bill for any items not returned to 1111 Distributors LLC.

DAMAGES AND SHORTAGES

Any order discrepancies related to damages and shortages must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

If a package appears to be opened, damaged, or tampered with in any way, the customer must collect documentation (take photos and note when you sign for the delivery that the box(es) arrived damaged, keep the original boxes, and file a claim with the respective carrier immediately.

TERMINATION AND/OR REFUSAL OF BUSINESS

1111 Distributors LLC reserves the right to close a customer’s account at any time if you violate the terms of this policy or for any other reason. Such termination will result in the deactivation or deletion of your account or your access to your account and the forfeiture of all content in your account.

1111 Distributors LLC also reserves the right to refuse business or service to anyone for any reason at any time.

MODIFICATIONS TO AGREEMENT

1111 Distributors LLC may revise this Agreement at any time and You agree to be bound by the revised Agreement. Any such modifications will become effective upon the date they are first posted to this Site. It is Your responsibility to return to this Agreement from time to time to review the most current Terms of Sale. 1111 Distributors LLC does not, and will not, assume any obligation to notify You of changes to this Agreement.

You agree to be bound by any affirmation, assent, or agreement You transmit through this Site, including but not limited to any consent You give to receive communications from 1111 Distributors LLC solely through electronic transmission. You agree that when in the future, You click on an “I agree”, “I consent” or other similarly worded button or entry field on this Site, Your agreement or consent will be legally binding and enforceable and the legal equivalent of Your handwritten signature.
